We reserve the right to change these at any time without prior notice and you will be taken to have accepted any change by continuing to use this website.


PURCHASES

Any order placed through our Website is an offer by you to purchase each particular item in accordance with these terms. As our products are READY STOCK and we don't have much Pre-order,  after you check out the payment, we will deliver or courier for you within 3-5 working days.  For the product you purchased which has pre-order, we will contact you on the next working day to confirm every purchase and also attach the product finish and delivery time. It may take 2 weeks to 4 weeks for the product ready. Please be patient it's really worth waiting. Our courier service partner knows as Easy Parcel. While every effort has been made to ensure our products/colors are represented accurately, different color calibrations of each system can impact your screen reproduction.


PRE-ORDER

The order placed Pre-order listings with days to ship of 7 - 10 days. We will contact you on the next working day to confirm every purchase and also attach the goods ready and delivery time.


DELIVERY POLICY

Within Klang Valley
2-3 days exclude public holiday

Others West Malaysia Area
3-4 days exclude public holiday

East Malaysia
10-14 days exclude public holiday


REFUND POLICY

Refund will be made either one of the condition is met:
• The product is broken or damaged when received.
• The received quantity is different from the ordered quantity.
• The received SIZE is different from the ordered SIZE.


PAYMENT

We will temporarily not accept all major credit cards, namely Visa, MasterCard, but you can simply do online banking or direct bank transfer. We reserve the right to change our mode of payment at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable and responsible for any damages or consequential loss (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you as a result of any online banking fraud or unauthorized access to ipay 88 account. We will not be held liable or responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank. If your payment is not received in full or is declined by your bank, we will not hold the goods against your order.


WARRANTY

As our products do not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products. Please read our care guide to ensure your purchase remains in its optional condition.


REPAIR, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

If there is a minor problem with your goods we may repair the goods instead of offering you a replacement or a refund. If there is a major problem with goods, a refund or a replacement may be available. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. We require you to notify us of any damaged goods within 3 days start from the date you received the goods by emailing or contact us.


CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER

As you process your pre-order immediately with our website, we regret that cancellation or change to your order may not be possible.


PRICING

V Bin Shoes reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice at our discretion. All prices are listed in Malaysia Ringgit. Any applicable delivery charges may be applied. By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price (plus any applicable shipping and handling charges) in Malaysia Ringgit for all orders. You agree to pay any additional charges or taxes incurred (including custom duties) if applicable to the sale or delivery of the goods.

We currently operate and manage a social media account on Instagram and Facebook and we may use other social media channels in the future. We do not endorse the opinions expressed by the users on our social media pages. You must not post any material that is defamatory, derogatory, racist, sexist, unlawful, obscene, infringing any third party's intellectual property rights, breaching someone else's confidentiality or privacy, misrepresenting your relationship with us or this website, misleading, false or deceptive on our social media pages.
